This is my first time to be completely mistreated by staff in Uniqlo. The name of rude, disrespectful staff is Zaidi, this kind of personality should not be allowed to work in service industry. Confrontational and unhelpful, acting out, trying to hide his name when complained- shocking! Leve a really bad image of Uniqlo for me and ruined my afternoon.

Completely dumb return policies (for both online and physical store purchases) that do not make sense. The return for online purchases (paid online) had to be mailed back to the warehouse at our costs. Had to make multiple trips to different stores to return offline purchases just because of their inflexible policies - that we had to return to the exact store we purchased from. Decent cheap clothing but way too much hassle since there are so many other businesses with much more flexible and convenient return policies.

It had been very long I didn't visit the outlet and found that the B2 outlet was extended to 2 entrances. Was expecting kids along with man as usual but man's section at B3 was quite small. New collaboration with paw patrol just released recently. Only have 3 designs and for small kids only. I wish it has more collection for bigger kids.

UNIQLO is my ONE AND ONLY favorite clothing store. I went to severals Uniqlo Shop in Singapore, I must say that I'm satisfied with the service and the quality of the cloths. I'm happy with what I've purchased. I will be missing Uniqlo Singapore when I leave the country. :)

I saw the app QR at store and I downloaded and used click & pay option. I used the item barcode that I want to purchase and paid at the counter. Then they said I the order I put app is a online order and I can’t have the items I already brought to the counter. I promoting same day click & collect and get all the details including the store I got the item and store I’m in and many more but still I have to come back unknown future date to collect my items. In the counter, they try to double charge me for the same items saying in app and store purchase are 2 transactions. Better not to use this app if you are at store.

I have been to quite a number of different Uniqlo outlets in singapore and Malaysia. For this outlet at Ion Orchard, the shop is very close to the train station and consist of two storeys. They also have a wider range of clothes compared to other Uniqlo outlets in Singapore. Please keep up the good service and great variety of clothes !

Uniqlo located in ION orchard, this is one of the best place to buy dresses at reasonable price For Men, Women, kids all weather fabric materials are available Sports dry wear also available and winter weather wear also available Formal & Jeans materials are good at reasonable price I buy very frequently Their exchange policy is good
